How can I view the shows in full screen?
Once you are in a show,

1. Press the F11 key. 
2. Move your mouse to the toolbar at the top of your screen.
3. Right click on the toolbar.
4. Select Auto Hide.
5. If the task bar at the bottom of the screen still appears, click on the show and it should disappear.

How do I exit full screen view?
Once you are viewing a show in full screen,

1. Press the F11 key. 

How can I turn off my screen saver?

1. Minimize the web browser. 
2. Right click on the desktop. 
3. Select properties. 
4. Click on the Screen Saver tab. 
5. Under Screen Saver, select (None). 
6. Click OK.

What if I forget my username or password?

If you forget your username or password email us at admin@chiroshows.com and we will email you a new one.

How long does it take to download each show?

Due to the size of each show, about (10MB), it could take a few minutes. To see if the show is still downloading, in Windows Explorer, check in the upper right hand corner of your screen to see if the  icon is moving.

How do I exit a show in progress?

To exit a show in progress, press F11, click on  or click on in the upper right hand corner to exit the web site.

How do I start a new show, when I am currently playing one?

Exit the show. Click on the show you want to download from the Shows page.
